Introduction
High frequency welded pipe is based on solid resistance heat. Resistance thermal welding uses high-frequency current in the workpiece to heat the surface of the workpiece welding area to a molten or close to plastic state, and then applies (or does not apply) an upsetting force to the metal composite tube of this type of steel. The production speed of HFW steel pipe is fast, and the welding speed can reach 30m/min. It is made by melting the base material of the steel strip body, and its mechanical strength is better than that of general welded pipes. Smooth appearance, high precision, low cost and small weld reinforcement, which is beneficial to the coating of 3PE anticorrosive coating. It is mainly used for manufacturing pipe welding longitudinal seams or spiral seams.
