Introduction
The commonly used steel grades for hot-dip galvanized sheet are: general commodity coil (CQ), structural galvanized sheet (HSLA), stamped galvanized sheet (DQ), deep-drawing hot-dip galvanized sheet (DDQ), and baking hardened hot-dip galvanized sheet (BH), dual phase steel (DP), TRIP steel (transformation induced plasticity steel), etc. There are three types of galvanizing annealing furnaces: vertical annealing furnace, horizontal annealing furnace and vertical and horizontal annealing furnace. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the thin steel sheet is immersed in the molten zinc tank to make the surface of the thin steel sheet adhered with a layer of zinc. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a galvanized bath with molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheet; alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability.
